O'Neill SECTOR Men's Wetsuit 3mm size Extra Large - XL Style 4026. It is new never worn and the first few pictures are stock. The material is like new but it's wrinkled from storage.

Once it gets a body in it and wet, they will all come out and stay unwrinkled. I was thinking of running warm water from the shower on it to relax the wrinkling but have not yet. The neck closure is velcro and is secure and comfortable.
